Ellora Group, a sister concern of Gagangiri Construction, is one of the leading construction and project management companies based in Mumbai led by Shri Jitendra Dewoolkar and Shri Ketan Belsare. Since its establishment in 1997, the Ellora Group has evolved to offer a wide range of construction and infrastructure services with a presence all over India.
The Group has been involved in the development of residential & commercial projects along with the design and planning & managing of a number of premium residential & and commercial projects, redevelopment projects, infrastructure projects.
The Group is also actively involved in the Hospitality and Educational Industry having 2 hotels in Goa and 1 school in Andheri.
We have completed two projects as joint venture partners of Godrej Properties known as Godrej Central and Godrej Prime located at Chembur, having 252 old members with 8 lakh sq ft sale area and 200 old members with 7.50 lakh sq ft sale area respectively; presently working with Godrej as joint venture partners in Azad Nagar Wadala project having 30000 sq mts of land area under 33(7).
Apart from the above we have completed 13 projects as developers under Ellora Group companies and joint ventures with various partners in Mumbai and rehoused more than 600 families with the completion of projects; we have also completed one school at Azad Nagar Andheri and two hotel projects in Goa which we own in Calangute and Anjuna. At present two projects are going on in redevelopment at Chembur Sahakar Nagar, Nehru Nagar, and one convention centre cum hotel in Lonavala.
