In the same duration, GPL saw a +75% improvement in Net Promoter Scores, from -20% in FY18 to +55% in FY22, while multifamily sales grew +30% CAGR (2017-2022) vs. a +11% industry average.

Mohit joined Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) in 2010 as the Business Development Head and has been instrumental in the company’s growth since then. In 2012 Mohit was given additional charge of P&L for the NCR region and within 2 years, GPL emerged as the largest developer in Gurgaon by sales. Mohit was appointed to GPL’s Board of Directors as an Executive Director in 2015 and became CEO & MD in April 2017.
Prior to GPL, Mohit had enriching stints at Unilever, A.T. Kearney, Unitech, and Redevco.
Mohit is a Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata.
Chandan has 15 + years of extensive experience in Indian real estate and brings in-depth, nuanced knowledge of business planning, brand, marketing, sales, business development, product development and customer centricity.
His career spans assignments with foreign owned & listed developers that boasts rich experience in traditional apartment condominiums, multi-family plotted developments, and large, multi-acreage townships.
During his thriving career, he has successfully launched 03 new brands, 43 new projects, with a cumulative sale of 59 Mn. sq. ft. In the past 5 years of leading new investments, Chandan has added projects in key markets of NCR worth revenue potential of USD 250 Mn.
In his role at Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), Chandan’s stellar leadership was responsible for achieving two very important milestones of establishing Godrej (GPL) as the #1 player in Gurgaon from 2015 onwards and to successfully execute entry of GPL into new micro-market of Uttar Pradesh with addition of 100 acres of golf township in Greater Noida and 40 Acres of multi-family Condominium in Noida.
As the Business Head at Emaar Properties (India), Chandan worked directly with the Headquarters in Dubai while managing and turning around 2 mega townships in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh and was credited with resolving all land related issues, releasing fresh inventory for sales. Chandan was instrumental to drive customer satisfaction, increase habitation and focussed creating exceptional community experience which led to capital values of the asset to multiply by 5X in last 4 years.
In his last role at Country Garden - India operations, Chandan was nominated as the Chief Operating Officer and was closely working with the International CEO. During his stint, projects in Delhi and Chennai received great success in all parameters of business development, construction, approvals, sales and marketing. He brought in famous Indian Cricketer and ICC World Cup Winner “Yuvraj Singh” as the brand ambassador of the company.
Chandan is a Civil Engineer from the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat and has a dual management degree from The International Management Institute.
Siddharth has over 24 years of extensive experience, of which over 8 years is in the Financial Services industry while nearly 10 years is in the Real Estate industry. He brings in-depth nuanced knowledge of capital raising, financial management, strategy, business development as well as very strong relationships within the Govt. authorities and its regulatory framework.
His career spans assignments with foreign-owned financial institutions such as BNP Paribas and JM Morgan Stanley. From his role at JM Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division, Siddharth brings rich experiences in M&A assignments, Global Capital Markets (Equity & Debt), Initial Public Offerings, Preferential Allotments, Financial Modelling as well as Stock Market delisting of listed entities.
In the Indian real estate industry, Siddharth has had a very successful entrepreneurial stint with a host of large developers, including Transcon Developers and Rustomjee Group. He has successfully advised promoters on land acquisitions, project acquisitions, fund raising, cash flow management, strategy and also spearheaded complete regulatory approvals from High Court Orders to getting approvals from the Revenue & Municipal Authorities. During his tenure at Rustomjee Group, Siddharth's stellar leadership was responsible for establishing a new business vertical of NA Plotting scheme, wherein he led a team towards the launch of a 120 acre land parcel in the MMR belt.
In the international real estate market, Siddharth has successfully ventured into real estate development in the City of Lisbon, Portugal, wherein he created a business model for redevelopment of tenanted properties and linked the ticket size for sale of apartments to the coveted Golden Visa (Permanent Residency / Citizenship) program of the Govt. of Portugal.
Siddharth holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and a Master of Management Studies in Finance from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai. In addition to this, he holds a Master's degree in Commerce and an Executive MBA in Real Estate, Construction and Finance Management.

He has worked with leading real estate organisations like Godrej Properties Limited and Macrotech Developers Limited (Lodha) where he led business development across various cities.
During his 6-year stint at Godrej Properties Limited, he successfully sealed the transactions for 12 green and brownfield projects under various deal structures having a total development potential of 14+ million sq. ft. He also spearheaded the market entry in Plotted Development and Navi Mumbai in MMR.

Harshwardhan is a seasoned investment and P&L leader with more than 13 years of leadership experience. He possesses a solid track record in real estate investments and end-to-end execution. With a robust educational foundation and a wide range of professional encounters, he has consistently showcased remarkable leadership abilities and expertise in people management, business development and execution.
Harshwardhan commenced his professional career at Godrej Properties, starting in Mumbai before relocating to North India to take charge of business development initiatives there. Under his guidance, Godrej Properties experienced remarkable growth in the region, with the project portfolio expanding from 2 to an impressive 15 projects. This expansion resulted in the addition of over 20 million sqft to the company's overall portfolio, a testament to Harshwardhan's leadership and strategic acumen.
Continuing his upward trajectory, Harshwardhan assumed the role of Business Head for the Haryana region, where he successfully managed a multi-project portfolio encompassing residential projects in Gurgaon, Sohna, and Chandigarh. Tej has 25+ years of experience in Indian real estate and has in-depth and nuanced knowledge of architecture, structure, services, landscape & interior design with expertise in designing sustainable developments.
He is a results-driven, passionate architect with rich expertise in residential, retail, IT, and commercial design and implementation and has rich working stints with Architect Reza Kabul and Dalal Mott MacDonald.
In his professional career, he has been the head of Design Strategy with reputed large corporates like Mahindra GESCO, Peninsula Land, Godrej Properties, and Raymond Realty. Being one of the founding team members of the realty division of Raymond Ltd in 2014, Tej was a key contributor in creating award-winning and market leading designs for large projects spanning more than 20 million sq. ft.
Over the last 25 years, he has led design development of more than 60 million sq. ft and has rich experience working with notable international and national consultants like PCPA, Broadway Malyan, Sasaki, SOM, Gensler, Perkins Eastman, Callison RTKL, Swan & Maclaren, Suying Design Studio, Hafeez Contractor, SSA, Space Matrix, LERA, Thornton Tomasetti, WSP, Ramboll, Cracknel, WAHO, One Landscape, and P Landscape to name a few.
Tej has studied Architecture at L.S. Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai & has a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR, Mumbai.
